At Wuffla, we're committed to helping you and your dog enjoy calm, stress-free nail trims at home. We believe in what we've built — but more importantly, we want you and your dog to believe in it too.

We recommend using the NailEase Pro for at least 14 days before considering a return. Most dogs need a short adjustment period, and our desensitization guide (included with every order) walks you through it step by step.

If after 14 days — and within our 60-day money-back guarantee — you're not completely satisfied for any reason, email us at hello@wuffla.com. No hoops, no hassle. We'll make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Need to change or cancel your order? Let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We're confident the NailEase Pro works. But we don't want you to take our word for it — we want your dog to prove it.

Give it at least 14 days so your dog can adjust. Follow the desensitization steps. If after that — and within the 60-day guarantee window — you're still not happy, you can return it. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We pack every order carefully. But if your product arrives damaged — meaning it has a defect or is physically broken — let us know within 72 hours of delivery.

Email hello@wuffla.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll review it and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost. Please note that cosmetic damage to packaging (dented boxes, scuffed edges) with a product in good condition is not considered damage. We also don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. However, we can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Wuffla is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and don't notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we won't be able to offer a resend or refund.
