Every Wuffla order ships free, no matter where you are. No minimums, no catches.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 5-9 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your order is handed off to our shipping carrier and on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 3 business days.

Delivery times below are based on transit time after your order has been dispatched. Your location is the biggest factor:

Order Changes & Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout β€” it's your responsibility to make sure everything is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay your order or result in cancellation.

If we detect an address issue, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don't hear back in that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Spotted a mistake? Email us atΒ hello@wuffla.comΒ within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to fix it, but we can't guarantee changes after that window.

Delayed Delivery

We ship every order as fast as we can. But sometimes things happen that are outside our control β€” weather disruptions, carrier delays, customs holds, address verification issues, or payment processing delays.

If anything comes up that affects your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to get your package to you. While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we'll always keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your package is lost or stolen, email us atΒ hello@wuffla.comΒ and we'll help you sort it out.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim β€” most have a process for lost or stolen packages. We'll also reach out on your behalf to follow up.

Wuffla is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, and these fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If the package can't be located, we recommend filing a police report.
